Fishing in and around Daytona's Halifax River, can be

both relaxing and exciting at the same time. The water

is almost always smooth and quiet ( great for the kids )

but the fishing is fantastic.  Backwater fishing is a great 

way to get all the excitement fishing can bring and not

commit yourself and family to a day of rolling around in

the open ocean.

Our inshore waters produce large reds and trout,

as well as a variety of smaller fish.

Both Reds (red drum) and trout are caught regularly in the  18" to 24" size range and will provide a great fishing  challenge for all ages.

Fish cleaning is extra and can be provided  as well as a  list of the local restaurants that will cook and serve your catch.
